MY GODDAUGHTER CHOSE TO CELEBRATE HER 18TH BIRTHDAY HERE. IT WAS A SMALL PLACE, STAFF WERE FRIENDLY. THE FOOD WAS MID. HONEY JERK CATFISH NUGGETS WERE AMAZING. BUFFALO WINGS WERE OVERCOOKED. CRAB CAKE WAS NOT GOOD, THE FLAVOR PROFILE WAS OFF AND TOO MUCH FILLING. LAMB CHOPS AND CORNBREAD WERE OKAY. LOVED THAT THEY LET EVERYONE IN OUR LARGE PARTY PAY SEPARATELY. The food was amazing. The macaroni and cheese was perfect. The fish was fried perfectly as well. The cornbread was exceptional. The fish sandwich was amazing. The portion was perfect and I definitely recommend especially in comparison to some of the other other soulful spots that I've gone to recently I will rate this one a 9.5 out of 10 and the flavor of the food was definitely there, including the Green everything was great.
