No flavor in the broth. Tastes like the meat. Tried the original and the curly noodle. Neither tastes of more than the chicken or pork that carried the dish. Even salt would have made a huge difference.

Hello Tara- Thank you for your constructive criticism. But, we are confused by your review. Are you trying to say that our chicken broth tastes like chicken and our pork broth tastes like pork?
Excellent ramen - I travel to the best ramen shops and I am surprised (being in Charlottesville) and impressed by this beautiful place. Owner is a kind, passionate and experienced chef- staff is knowledgeable and responsive- ramen is clean, robust and delicious. Grateful for this new spot!
Miso addicted to the amazing food and energy! Hubby and wife team have created magic. Delicious ramen and donuts! Heather's mom made my dinner even more special. Thank you all for blessing my belly and heart.
