Frank, you did not disappoint!
A tasteful and beautiful presentation of a rich, fulfilling meal. Featured a hardy soup broth with a sweet finish. It was a humbling experience, and a modern take on a classic plate, or should I say bowl? He doesn't 'pork' around when it comes to pig. Can't wait to eat some pig ears on my next visit. Thank you Chef Frank for the wonderful experience. I would travel great distances for the privilege of eating this food again. Porktastic!
The GOAT bowl is the stuff that spicy pork dreams are made of. Add fried chicken thighs to take it over the top!
