I lived in the SF Bay Area for 25 years, so sushi was a staple. The best roll I've ever had anywhere is the Joy Roll at Miso Phat in Kahana. The very thin sliced jalapeños added just the right amount of heat and enhanced the flavor of the creamy totally fresh hamachi. Don't pass on that one!
