We spend a lot of time in Kahana at my parents home and were excited to have a sushi place close by. We ordered take out as the place was very busy and were incredibly disappointed to find out that they charged us 10% extra for take out. Who does that? The Sushi was okay but so overpriced. We love Japengo and can get far better quality there for the same price with an incredible atmosphere. We won't be back.

It was amazing. We ate here at least three times on our trip. The food was phenomenal and the staff was amazing. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Cannot wait to come back to Maui in two years and eat here again.
Best sushi we ever had ! sooo fresh, generous portions and Service was great - guys were so much fun ( despite the fact that one is a cowboy Phan - lol) . Love our guy who works in the back who is from near our hood at home in Philly . We are gunna miss miso phat!! Be prepared to "roll " home .
Awesome sushi and ice cream! We will definitely be back to talk football and eat more sushi. Super friendly staff. Wonderful "aloha" ambassadors.
