My wife and I decided to go to Miso for an early dinner. We walked in to the restaurant at 5:27 pm (May 15, 2007). A server named Lauren welcomed us with a loud "we don't open until 5:30." The hostess was flustered and did not know what to do. We asked if we could sit down and with much awkward hesitation, they seated us. Highly recommended if you would like to go to an early dinner (6:15)... walk in to find over half the dining room is being held for reservations... are offered a seat at the bev or sushi bar... then you are told there is actually no room at the sushi bar (empty and also being held for reservations) but you can sit at a high top (vacant 10 seater) in the bar area but not until your friend who is literally 5 minutes away arrives. Walked in with no reservation. They had a small wait, but seated us within five minutes. Had dinner at the bar. Excellent service, food and drinks.
Best experience we've had in quite some time while dining in Atlanta. The staff is very friendly. The wait staff are both accommodating and patient while we made decisions and ordered plates 1 at a time to sample. The food was phenomenal! We highly recommend the pork buns! Best sushi we've ever had as well. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was! We will definitely be dining with them again in the future. I had been there before and had great times however last when I went service was terrible some blonde girl with stupid hippster glasses was totally rude and just a b**ch so ya mixed emotions. Probably not going back anytime soon. #buttsex
