As a resident of Gainesville for over 15 years and always having been a renter I would not recommend this company. Overall experience was very poor. Martin is very difficult to get a hold of and not true to his word. When coming to move in our property the original tenant was still at the house. We were unable to occupy the rental until the 5th day. His service staff, more specifically Nancy, is very rude and unprofessional.
