Challenged with industry changes Update - Mar 25, 2025 After a productive conversation with their office manager, many of our issues were resolved. I have modified the review to reflect this. Although the staff are well meaning and friendly, the service level is questionable. Over 1 month to confirm that our renewal refusal (due to "old looking roof") was not reversible - this after we went into contract with a roofing contractor (at RL MIlsner's recommendation). Extremely Incompetent Although the staff are well meaning and friendly, the service is a disaster. Over 1 month to confirm that our renewal refusal (due to "old looking roof") was not reversible - this after we went into contract with a roofing contractor (at RL MIlsner's recommendation). Over 2 months to finally get a quote replacement insurance, which BTW does not require roof repair. Now, over 3 weeks after "signing" to get a simple proof of insurance to provide to our mortgage company. And we still don't have it. Finally... read more

terrible service from their agents. takes weeks for a response and when you call, it always goes to their voicemails. Been having workers compensation issues with them for my business and they are not helpful at all. Been months and they still have not helped me resolve the audit items for my workers comp policy.

poor follow up from one of their agents, result was cancelling the policy altogether and changing agents. He was terrible at responding to questions and very poor at finding good rates. Too many good agencies to be worth trying.
