I have always had a good experience. But recently I went in to have sculptured nails done and they looked good when I left but then the next day two of them just popped off. Now it looks ridiculous, so I ended up taking them all off. I just expect to get my money's worth. I paid $68 dollars and have her a $12 tip because I had my son with me and I felt bad because he kept on messing up the polish. Just hope the next time, if there's a next time for nails that a better job is done.
The first time I went in for my hair they scheduled me with Angela. She did this treatment to re-hydrate my hair (I don't remember what it's called) and after the appointment I could NOT stop touching my hair! That was the first time my hair has ever been that soft (i.e. healthy), that I remember anyway! I think that was about a year ago, I've gotten my hair done there ever since. I even get it colored now and I LOVE it!
