The nurse did an intake. Not professional ,she made a comment on my toe nail color and how she hated the windowless room that we were in !Then Dr came in for no more than 3 minutes. I was in pain due to swelling but didn’t listen or suggest anything other than someone will call you to make an appointment for further evaluation. Didn’t even suggest basic remedy for immediate effect. And I had to request it. Only then they gave me an address to get it. Utterly disappointing and waste of time. My mother went in for a second opinion with this doctor and we were utterly disgusted with her treatment of my mom. She was rude and dismissive and so un-caring. Offered no help, stating " I have no opinion". I Cannot express enough our disappointment with this doctor and we don't understand these highly rated reviews. She left a terrible impression on us. Bedside manner was so disgraceful. This was months ago and we are still livid at the treatment my mother endured during this visit.
Dr. Kiguchi, in my experience over the years, is the model for what a competent, knowledgable physician should be. Can't praise her too highly.
