Hello! I’m a patient here at this office and I wanted to share how inconsiderate the front desk is. I have an urgent pain that I have needed to see the doctor for an ultrasound. The only time they are offering me is eight months from now. As a patient here for a while, I’m surprised that to see a doctor has to wait. Eight months for an pain to be checked up. I was very disappointed.
Extraordinary!!! I recently saw Dr. Kiguchi for a second opinion and I’m thankful that I followed my intuition. She is knowledgeable and has a wonderful bedside manner. She listened to my concerns and examined the pain areas in my legs. Within 5 minutes she provided her assessment and decided it best to address the primary concern before proceeding with the outpatient procedure. I was relieved and elated to have an alternative course of action. Looking forward to restoring the health of my legs. Thanks Dr. Kiguchi!
From my first appointment with Dr. Kiguchi, in connection with my Lymphedema, I knew I was seeing the best of the best in her field. I could not have asked for a more positive experience. I was very impressed not only with her but all of her support personnel. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
My mother went in for a second opinion with this doctor and we were utterly disgusted with her treatment of my mom. She was rude and dismissive and so un-caring. Offered no help, stating “ I have no opinion”. I Cannot express enough our disappointment with this doctor and we don’t understand these highly rated reviews. She left a terrible impression on us. Bedside manner was so disgraceful. This was months ago and we are still livid at the treatment my mother endured during this visit.
