I have going to this salon for over a year now. I went today and I am so disappointed in my nails. The person that did my nails you could tell she was new and my nails are already messed up. If you have a new person please make sure they are trained before letting work on your customers. I nails look horrible. What was good: Clean place. What was bad: I got a deluxe pedicure and gel manicure. The deluxe was really bad. The callus scrub was a gentle wipe of the tool against my foot and the extra cost “massage” was just a latex rub down as the person vigorously rubbed globs of lotion on my legs while wearing thick rubber gloves for 30min. Three different times I asked for more pressure but nothing changed. Truly she was just rubbing her hands around my legs.
