I had a seamless process with MIS insurance. I had initially called back in Dec 2024 to look at rates, i was browsing at the time but I loved their customer service (Melissa) and kept their number in my list when I was looking for insurance. I absolutely love working with MIS and every representative I've ever worked with, including Jesse previously and today with Orel, have been polite, respectful, efficient and extremely helpful. Orel took care of my concern in less than 10 minutes, accurately and efficiently (something that State Farm had been working on for three months). I highly recommend MIS because they are quick, efficient, and trustworthy.
I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to take a moment to share my experience because it was honestly that good. Rahel is amazing! I was getting crazy high quotes from other places just to insure one car with an SR-22. Rahel got me both of my cars insured plus the SR-22 for the same price others wanted for just one car! Best online experience ever! I needed a SR22 and not sure how to go about it or where to start. I google SR22, MIS Insurance was the first site I saw. I inquired, gave my contact info.
