Dr Kajani was very comforting when explaining what my procedure would be like, and answered all of my questions and addressed some concerns I had regarding my "problems" and assured me that my comfort and understanding of everything was a priority. By the time I left, I was more at ease than I had been in a while concerning the upcoming procedure and I feel that Dr Kajani will continue to be very understanding and give me all the information I need to be prepared for any further procedures if needed.
Dr. Kajani is a joy. He is professional, obviousy knowledgeable, friendly and comforting. I would recommend him many times over.
Dr. Kajani is the best, I drove over an hour to see him. He is smart, kind and the most important thing is right away he will take care of your issues. His staff are also helpful, kind and friendly.
Dr. Kajani is quick and to the point, and I like that. I've been seeing him as my GI for 2+ years and he has been very good to me. He's really helped improve my complicated issues considerably. He's very understanding, always smiling, and I appreciate his direct approach to my care. He listens to me when I have a problem. And Jennifer, his assistant, is amazing. They've helped me so much over the last few years, and I am grateful for them.
This was my forth procedure over the past 16 years. I rate this company ahead of others that I have used. The entire staff was very professional, caring and reassuring. Dr K answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. The procedure prep nurse was outstanding, she spoke in a soft tone, explained everything before doing it, very reassuring.
