Took up to two weeks to refill meds and when I would go to pick them up they would be “lost”. It would take all the staff to find them and they would be on the floor behind a shelf or in the delivery bin when i didn’t choose delivery. Nice employees just very very unorganized.
I didnt think it was possible to find a slower pharmacy than Walgreens but here we are. I requested my refill over a week before I would be out of my medication but they never filled it and I ran out of my needed medication. Absolutely terrible service.
Apparently it takes them 2 weeks to process a refill!? I called 9 days after I requested a refill and was told it would go out that day. 2 days later I received a text that stated my order was processing that day. That makes no sense. It’s not like they’re actually producing the medication there. Switched to a local pharmacy and had it in 15 minutes.
