Four months of living in a place that was never cleaned before moving in when they had two full weeks to do it. Several problems that were never taking care of my them I had to do myself. Several emails and calls to the office for them to always act like they did not know what was going on. Scheduled an appointment for them to come fix things and the never showed. RecommendedHighly recommend Rachel and Ben and the Mirus crew. They have taken excellent care of my rental home, and many of my referrals as well. I recommend them for rental management and also if you are looking for property to rent!

Clean well maintained properties
Mirus Property Management was wonderful to work with. Bri Powell was our agent and she always responded promptly to all of our questions and concerns. She rented our property very quickly and made owning our first rental property very easy. I would highly recommend both Mirus and Bri Powell, with them in charge there are "no worries".

We have rented off of Mirus Property Management for about 6 months now and love it! The apartment is very nice..maintenance always fixes any problems pretty quickly and Bri is wonderful
