RecommendedBeing fairly new to Texas, I had heard horror stories about the dental offices in my community of Forney but I decided to take a chance and scheduled an appointment. Accidentally I was scheduled for the Heartland office but it turned out to be a blessing! I was in the office recently and I was so impressed by the safety measures they are taking for COVID-19. I always receive the best care but their added attention to this during these scary times really let me know they go above and beyond and care about our health. I love this office and staff!
Most professional and helpful dentist office I’ve ever been to. The staff was very thorough and explained things before I could even get my list of questions together. Highly recommended to any and all ages, regardless of the need for the visit.
Dr. Adams is gold❤️ He went above and beyond to make my kids so comfortable and talked everything through with them. I can’t remember the hygienist name but she was great as well! The whole experience from the front desk check in to the check out was so easy. We are cash pay and I felt like they did so good to explain everything and make the best recommendations for us. Highly recommend!
Dr. Francom is so great! He is so kind, answers all my questions, and does a great job. As military wife, I’ve seen lots of dentists all over the place- (and usually have trust issues) but I feel totally comfortable with the work and recommendations he gives.
Do not recommend very unprofessional.
Not worth it. There are much better places in the area
