My wife took a pair of very expensive pants there to be cleaned. Tag in pants says dry clean only. They washed them and ruined them. Their response was we’re not charging you. Really!!!!! That’s awesome that you’re not charging her for ruining her pants. We will never use or recommend them to anyone.
Take all our dry cleaning items here. Convenient and very reasonably priced. Never had any issues at all.
The proprietor is mean, surly, and rude. He never makes the customer feel welcome, nor does he thank the customer for business. My shirts routinely still have blemishes, and he takes no care to make it seem like the garments are hung with care after cleaning. I DO NOT recommend.
