Very clean salon and love the products used on my hair. I felt like a bother being in there the first time as my beautician hardly spoke to me but she asked me if I wanted another appointment In 5 weeks so I made one and decided to come back in hopes maybe she was only shy. I showed up for my 8am appointment this morning that was scheduled weeks ago and the place was locked up tight. I waited a bit, but still no signs of life. I called and no answer. This is very unusual for this place, but I will not be going back. If there’s a change in hours (according to Google they were supposed to be open), be sure you’re respectful and call your customers. Outside of this, this place has been great. I’m not sure what was going on.
Amber is the best! I have been going to Mirror Image for a lot of years and this is definitely a place I recommend. Masks have always been worn appropriately since reopening in May.
My daughter and I walked in for scheduled appointments. From the front check in, we could see that the stylist, Amber, was not wearing the county mandated face covering properly, as mouth was covered but nose was exposed. We immediately cancelled our appointments and left. In a profession that requires such very close contact to customers, there is no excuse for not properly using a mask for everyone's health. Their referral program is amazing! I saved $15 from my cut for my first visit with my referral and I had like 11” cut from my hair and my stylist Madison did it in stages and I am so so happy with it!!!!!!! I will be back for sure! Thank you!
Salon was very clean & staff was super friendly. Unfortunately, they ruined my hair. I sobbed in my car for an hour. What I left with was nothing like what I had asked for AT ALL. I’m embarrassed and my confidence has completely went down. It’s very disheartening to look in the mirror now. My hair is naturally dark brown, and I now have yellow, straw-like hair with very uneven brush marks. I now have to find someone else to fix my hair, until then I’ll be wearing a hat. **attached is what I asked for and what I left with**
Go here for everything. got a hair cut Saturday and a massage today. I love how informative the message therapist Kandace was about all the different massages. Thank you again for relieving my headache.
Had my hair fixed and re highlighted by Sylvia. They got me in the next day and responded to me very fast on facebook. She was very nice, professional, and portrayed confidence in her work. She is an awesome addition to Mirror Image Salon! 5 stars!!
