My cousin told me the owner allegedly threatened her and her family. Will try someone else if I get my car washed in Kearney or Grand Island.

I have never rated any service with 1 star...but apparently Tim did not believe that I got grease all over my shorts, shirt and shoes in the self serve bay at the south location Saturday morning. Do you seriously think a 66 year old granny purposely put grease on myself and then reported it to you? Called service number, emailed you and waited an hour to no avail. Off duty officer, who used to work there hollered at me to quit moving my hands. If the attendants would quit talking and watching business that would help. Didn't want the bar landing on my car. Not coming back.
Willing to pay the high prices for washes because of the great vacuums. Went through today and then discovered the vacs weren’t running because not enough people had come yet to warrant turning them on. The employee watched me try to use them and didn’t make any attempt to help me until I approached him.
