We bought a townhouse built in 2022 by Mirra from the original owners. Everything holds up well and the quality shows. Before moving in, we wanted to install new flooring in the bedrooms. Their representative, Colt, provided the original vendors and specs so that we could get the closest matching new flooring. Mirra has impressed me as a company who stand behind the homes they built, and provide great customer service beyond the warranty period.
I bought a home from them 2.5 years ago. Although they are responsive in their communications, the build quality is terrible. My shower is leaking after only ~2 years in a new construction home, and I have to fix it out of my own pocket. This is absolutely unacceptable. I bought a new construction home thinking it would be better for maintenance, not to have to pay for an entire bathroom remodel after 2 years

Saw their Eastlake construction on 2622 Eastlake Ave. The quality was very bad. Cheap materials used, Craftsman ship was bad. Example, countertop cuts were not aligned. Bathroom was not properly grouted etc. All of these can lead to issues both cosmetic and real for buyers. Beware of new contractors who don't have good quality control in place
