Verified Renter Even though rent is high it's worth feeling secure . I've been here 4 yrs and any need I have is taken care .
Verified Renter I just moved in at Miro last month. The gated neighborhood is very quiet and feels safe. The apartment complex always looks clean without trash. The rent is competitive for a 2 bedroom that includes 2 parking spots. There are parks nearby and the neighborhood makes a nice easy walking loop. Overall a positive experience living here.
Nice place, horrible management The upkeep since I got here almost two years has gone way down. No parking due to it being “full.” At leader hats what the managers said. I pay for parking spot and that’s the response I get. The hallways get washed every 3-4 months so be ready for dirty hallways which will equal dirty carpet. Looks nice and it is. Can’t say the same for the management.
Too Noisy Alongside Norwalk BLVD, a lot of large trucks in the morning which will wake you very early. Never had a good sleep since moved here.
Avoid this apartment at all costs This apartment is a joke. it has been thru so many management changes, and I have no confidence it will ever get this right. The walls are paper thin, and when I went upstairs to confront a loud neighbor, he drunkenly attacked me and made threats. The cops were called, and we filed complaints. The management staff showed very little concern, and told us that they can't control what residents do inside their units. This is the worst place I have ever lived-New management/Owners have destroyed what was once a happy community Miro USED to be a great place to live, but a few months ago a new management company took over and it has been a disaster. You can no longer pay your rent online (well, in theory you could but they will admit that they have never successfully processed a reoccurring online payment). Great Place to Live When I first was thinking of living here I saw some bad reviews that were about Management, parking and bugs. First off, they are under new management and the old wasn't even that bad. They have been there for everything we needed. The parking is not a problem, you just get the amount of passes per residence. I think the only issue is people who cram 8 people into a 2 bedroom and think they can get adequate parking for that many people. The rooms are large and everything is new. Don't move here if you own a car Parking is lousy here. They don't enforce their own policies. Trash dumpster area looks like a homeless person is living there. Walls are so thin you can't watch a movie without neighbors complaining. Trains will keep you up at night, as will the constant police sirens on Telegraph. The HOA here hates us and we get monthly emails reminding us what we can't do. Even the original company didn't last a year. New owners don't have on-line pay, so stock up on forever stamps to pay your bills.

WOW! Just went by for a glance and was truly amazed! Instead of the 5-10 min. walk through it turned into 1-2 hours. Great place for a great price!
