I have been with them for over 8 years under the care of Dr. Vargas which has been a wonderful and caring doctor who knows every thing about me and has cared for me throughout the years I have been with. Now that she has retired I got a new doctor by the name of Robert Thayer. Dr. Robert Thayer on October 20, 2025, at 2:30 PM. My experience with Dr. Vargas' medical care team at Prime Medical was horrible. Initially, my concerns were addressed with care, but when I needed follow-up assistance, I was left feeling completely neglected and unheard. Despite several assurances, calls regarding my recurring illness were met with the run-around that ended with my medical issue being UNRESOLVED and UNADDRESSED. I have no idea why Dr. Mona Shah is so mean to me; but I have Autism, and I really cannot believe the amount of times she has refused care to me! No wonder why she would have the police try to detain me for no reason in her office! Yet; Her Other colleagues such as Jillian Gray are resonable, and very polite. I did nothing to try and affend Mona Shah, in fact; I have Been very pleasant and Apprently too Nice for My own good. I cant recommend Prime Medical enough - I was able to get a same day appt and the office staff both on the phone and in person are super helpful. The clinic is very nice, clean and bright and has its own parking lot and is easy to get to. Most importantly this practice is innovative and set up as more of a medical home primary care model where xrays, CTs, labwork testing, ob/gynecological testing and even an eye doctor are all on site so you can get everything addressed efficiently in the same place under a true integrated a... read more
