Dino is a terrible manager of properties, he does not return calls, he did not take care of issues when brought up in timely manner, when we left the property he did not return the security deposit and when asked he said it was mailed then blocked my contact. He also did not turn off the rent after moving out and we were charged a $75 late fee on a rent of $0, completely unprofessional. Stay away from this company.
