Just rented an apartment from this company. I have had previous experience with management companies, I have to say Miris Properties was the most efficient place ever,, they were easy to work with and they are up front about all expectations, and most of all worked with my budget because initial cost to move can break the bank.

I was impressed with the this Management Company compared to others, I was a real customer/client here, feeling like I am actually purchasing a monthly expensive product that comes with service and a thank you. You won't be taken advantaged nor made to feel like you are just another "renter." DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!!!! Save yourself the headache/unnecessary hassles. If I could give Negative 5 Stars I would! This company is a one man show managed only by DINO PADULO and listed the rental house as a private detached home which it was not, and lied in his advertisement. I needed a detached home. The home was attached to two other apartments in the back of the property with shared walls, and Dino failed to tell me it was not detached during the showing.
