TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. HAVE MADE NUMERUS BILLING INQUIRES FOR OVER THE PAST YEAR NOW AND THEY HAVE YET TO PROVIDE INFORMATION THAT I HAVE REQUESTED VIA EMAIL, CORRESPONDENCES, AND VOICEMAIL. I EVEN SPOKE WITH A CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON LAST YEAR THINKING THE MATTER HAD BEEN RESOLVED. THE ONLY THING THEY HAVE PROVIDED IS PERIODIC PAST DUE STATEMENTS WHICH I INFORMED THEM APPEAR TO BE INACCURATE AND WILL NOT BE PAID UNTIL I HAVE RECEIVED THE INFORMATION REQUESTED TO CLARIFY WHAT IS BEING BILLED.
