Unprofessional and unreliable. The owner constantly canceled and rescheduled appointments—then canceled again—claiming to be too busy to keep the appointments she herself had set. At the time of purchasing my daughter’s quinceañera gown, she offered and promised to create a custom Barbie dress to match it. We provided a brand-new, unopened collectible Barbie for the project. DO NOT TRUST HER!!!!!! She no longer has the store she works from home i believed her that she would do an amazing job with my dress and was going to leave it beautiful!
