After waiting for three weeks in pain I finally visited the office for an extraction and was told to wait until seeing another dentist I was told my insurance was not going to kick in for a few weeks and I had to pay almost 250$$$ this office was supposed to accept my Dental insurance I never been charged any other time for a first time X-ray or cleaning. I called the office answer service over 5 times they just tell me someone will get back too me. They were very tricky not submitting a claim of service and they kept my mon... read more
Dr. Ting is not trustworthy. She recommended an unnecessary procedure. Always ask for second opinion when you get a recommendation for an expensive procedure, without mentioning details, since professionals tend to cover for each other. I rarely post reviews but want to warn others.
I have been to Dr. Ting's office a few times and her staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and resourceful! It is as though accommodating patients literally makes them happy. And their office Dr. Ting is very gentle, but does excellent work! Additionally, she does everything she can to save you money. She was very patient and helpful in answering my questions regarding how to make everything most affordable.
