Dr. Padilla has been my Endocrinologist for about two years now and she is amazingly attentive, supportive, and listens to all my worries and concerns without feeling like I'm being judged. I would highly recommend her, she's amazing!
Fine doctor. Terrible office staff. I make a point to be on time to appointments. And then we all know we're going to wait 25 minutes for the doctor to see us. Today, I ran a bit late and had some bad traffic. I was 12 minutes late. Because it was more than 10 minutes late, staff said I had to reschedule. Heaven forbid I only wait 15 minutes after arriving instead of the usual 25 or more. I understand the need to manage appointments. And there has to be a cutoff.
