Very disappointing experience at Miravar in Vista. I visited the model homes as a genuine potential buyer and was immediately asked whether I was a renter or owner, followed by being told they needed to “make sure I was the correct contender” before even properly speaking with me. My husband and I own our condominium in Vista, but honestly, regardless of someone’s living situation, nobody should be made to feel judged, screened, or looked down on before even being treated with basic respect.
