Called for kitchen faucet install and outside faucet repair. Told I had to wait a month for an appointment even though I had to shut off all the outside water faucets because of leaks. Made an appointment for a month out and told they would come between 8 and 9 am. By 10:30 no one had shown up. Contacted Mirando Plumbing and never received a reply, explanation, apology, Nothing. Very happy with Mirando Plumbing! My hot water heater had went and I gave them a call mid morning, before I knew it I had a new one installed and working! Couldn't be happier with the customer service of Chris and the office. Thanks!
I was very happy with Mirando Plumbing. Our water heater went over the weekend and gave them a call on Monday morning they had ordered the one I needed and installed it the same day! We had hot water again quicker then we expected!
My hot water heater went and they came out first thing next morning to replace. Very fast service and reasonable price. Will be my go to plumber in future
I called the advertised phone number and left 3 messages over a 6 day period with the answering service. Only after the 3rd call did I receive a callback stating they were very busy. At our home project review we were promised a quote in 6 days. After 9 days I again left a message with the answering service that my quote was overdue. Have not received a quote yet after 2 weeks from first home visit. We have certainly signed with another contractor in the meantime.
I needed a plumber to fix a leaky shower handle. This was the second time I got service from Mirando Plumbing. The first time we had Chris who did a great job. This time I had Greg. Service was prompt and fast. Greg is a little rough around the edges but got the job done (so far, no leak). I do recommend that you know exactly what you are paying for when it comes to the labor charge. They charge $125/hr. I was happy with the prompt, professional, and courteous same-day service I received from Greg at Mirando Plumbing. This was the first time I needed a plumber so found them online on BBB website and am happy I did. I will definitely recommend them to others and I am happy to support local businesses.
