Excellent customer service
We had been going here for years, up until recently. Took my 11yo girl, Ellie, bc she wasn’t eating. The first visit- the vet claimed it was ear infection and tried charging for all kinds of testing to be done. Sent us home with the assumption it was ear infection. We clean her ears that night, all went well. Few days go by and she is still not 100%. This is the 2nd time coming here to the East Memphis location. First time was horrible, tried again and same thing horrible service from vet. The veterinarian (Dr. Young) is the worst. She refused to speak to you and find out what is happening with your pet. She does not care about the animals or their issues. When she came to the room, Dr. Young was rude, abrupt and did not explain or appear to know the cause of my pet issue. DO NOT SUPPORT EAST MEMPHIS PETVAX
Phoebe , my Pitbull, loves coming to PetVax on Poplar Ave! They treat her so good , they are very compassionate and caring! I will not take my Phoebe girl anywhere else! PetVax is the best Vet office in the greater Memphis ! Thank you PetVax for everything you do for my precious Phoebe girl?
I've taken my dogs here for years. The prices keep going up until now I can't afford standard yearly care for my dogs. I have 3 now. One has never been because I can't afford their prices. So my 8 yr old dog started losing weight and within 2 months she had lost almost half her weight. I took her in they said she needed blood work ($400) on top of the $250 they charged for ten minutes of an ear treatment, claiming she had an ear infection.
