Woke up to discover there was no hot water in the house. When I went down to the basement, I saw a big puddle under the water heater and water still leaking from the filter unit above it. I called Miranda Brothers Plumbing, and they arrived quickly to check things out. The plumber, Leonard, found a crack in the filter housing. He went out to get a new filter unit, put it in, and made sure all the pipes were reconnected properly. Everything was cleaned up and put back the way it should be. The plumbers did a fantastic job clearing out a clogged shower drain in my Newtown home. Dale was very thorough—he used a camera to inspect all the main sewer lines and even showed me the footage live on a monitor, which helped me understand what was going on inside the pipes. Miranda Brothers Plumbing has helped us out twice with plumbing issues in our older home. Both times, Zachary was the plumber who came by. He was really friendly and explained everything to us in a way we could understand. Zachary also gave us tips on which parts to buy to avoid future problems.
