Since the new ownership took over the property is not kept up half as nice as it use to be. More people moving out than in. My building is almost empty. Very disappointing. Hopefully things will change. There was once strict standards of who they let live here. Not so sure anymore. Really disappointed after living here going on 3 years.
Great place to live! Friendly staff, well maintained, excellent location, lots of commons areas! Very strict parking policy!
I am tenant at Amli Miramar Park and have been there a little over a year. The Amli Staff are amazing and super accommodating. I could not ask for a better place to live. If there are any issues, mind you rarely none, it is addressed immediately. After getting divorced and living in a home for 11 years, I was very skeptical about moving into an apartment. Well, the Amli Staff, Alisa, Julia, Leah, and others have made it home for me. Thank you all for what you do for us tenants. Miss you Alicia..�
Why do I pay a ridiculous amount of money to live here when the on-call employee at 7:00 p.m. won't let me in to my apartment? My name is on the lease and I had my ID ready to give her. My boyfriend (who is currently on deployment) took the garage door opener by accident and my keys are inside. I'm beyond upset with this place. I have a dog as well which only made matters worse. The emergency on-call employee just said "Sorry I can't let you in," and walked away. I then had to go find a hotel until someone in the staffed off... read more
