These people are ridiculous! Only there to collect rent. They have no concern for their renters. Even after giving them a list of concerns for their rental property over 2 months ago. They have not done anything to fix any of the problems. Like the swamp cooler that has not worked properly since the property was rented. They hire people off the streets to do handy work.
