MBSC is the newest Strength & Conditioning gym on the Emerald Coast serving the Destin, Miramar Beach and Santa Rosa Beach/30a area. We are located in a 3,000 sq ft warehouse with brand new, state of the art Rogue fitness equipment and superior coaching. We offer group CrossFit classes, personal training, and 24/7 open access. Just visiting the area? Daily and weekly rates provided!

Great crossfit program, friendly and motivated instructors. Great environment to whip you into shape.
Down here for a bachelorette and did a drop in class. Signing up was super easy on their website. The gym itself is very clean and organized. Coach Victoria was amazing, she was super friendly and made me feel so welcomed. All the members were amazing too… chatting and giving tips on spots to go to! Overall, a wonderful gym that’s welcoming and definitely got a great workout in!

Excellent gym with plenty of equipment for Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit, and more. Dropped in for 2 days of open access, will be back!
