Attended Saturday partner workout with my girlfriend and did our own workout on Monday morning open gym. The staff and members were very friendly. Highly recommend to get your fitness in here while on vacation or if you’re local.
Ryane did great. I really didn’t know a lot about Hyrox before coming to the gym-I had done CrossFit some 17 years ago. I’m older not in the greatest shape and condition so I was a bit nervous once I realized what I was about to embark upon. Ryane put me at ease, helped me scale, and checked on me often. She was also very encouraging and motivating along the way! I am definitely coming back as long as this old body can walk tomorrow! Ha! Thanks!!
I’m new and they made me feel super welcomed. Fun class first thing in the morning. Preston was super nice and showed me the ropes!
I was in the area for a few days. I got the open access and was very happy. Preston was very responsive and wanted to make sure my experience was enjoyable. The gym had all of the equipment I needed. If we are in the area in the future, I will definitely go back.
Coming from Texas, the southern hospitality doesn’t stop at the state line. Ashley and Preston were class acts and you couldn’t ask for a better gym setup and equipment. Will be returning in the coming years.
