We are located in a 3,000 sq ft warehouse with brand new, state of the art Rogue fitness equipment and superior coaching. We offer group CrossFit classes, personal training, and 24/7 open access. This is a great CrossFit gym! Excellent coaching and welcoming community. If I lived here, this would be my gym. Thank, yall!
You can definitely tell that Rob loves coaching. He immediately greeted me and made me feel welcome and busted out some fun dance moves. When I struggled with a jump rope, he let me borrow his. He also checked in with me and offered some modifications. Great job Rob!
Coach Robb was a great coach. Made everyone feel included. Made sure each member received some sort of coaching. Checked to make sure drop ins didn’t have injuries. Informed everyone of events happening in the future. Very energetic. The only thing I would say is they need to have shirts on site. Being from out of town, I don’t want to go online and place an order for shirts. We were a group of 4 so that was about $100 they missed out on not having shirts on hand.
MBSC is a community of people dedicated to their best physical fitness under the leadership and coaching of a highly skilled and knowledgeable coaching staff. The community atmosphere is very apparent the second you set foot in the building. I highly recommend MBSC to anyone pondering the idea of better physical fitness.
I came into town for the weekend and was recommended this gym by my friend. I paid for the day pass and although it’s a little pricey you’ll understand why when you show up. The gym has everything you’d need and all high end equipment. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming and the best part is it’s veteran owned! Highly recommended for anyone in Destin or passing through.
