The work is good and Elona is the sweetest! She is interactive, attentive and makes sure the client is happy. However I recently had a poor experience with Mirage. I had to request rescheduling my appointment for 7:15 pm due to childcare intervention. But the lady over the phone was least helpful. She had only one solution to offer to me - cancel your appointment and pay $25 cancellation fee. Mirage Sugaring Studio has been my go-to spot for years now! They are by far the best Sugaring place in town! Recently I've tried their new Organic Facial, and it was amazing! The whole experience was so relaxing and the products smell to die for while feeling super gentle on my sensitive skin. My esthetician Jessica really knew what she was doing. The whole vibe of the studio is clean, calming, and welcoming. Highly recommend if you want to treat your skin (and yourself)!
Been going to Erin/mirage for YEARS and there arnt enough words for how amazing Erin is and all the girls there. And now they are at the new location and it is GORGEOUS. Anytime I go there, it’s always so welcoming and it’s always the BEST service, from waxing to lashes , can never go wrong- and the products she has?? Top tier!
Nicole was fantastic to work with — warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s clear she really knows her stuff and genuinely cares. Highly recommend connecting with her if you get the chance!
