I've given this salon too many chances and I wouldn't waste your time. Nails turned out horrible weeks ago and my eyebrows came out very uneven, with the right starting about a mill higher than the left one. I asked for a refund and the manager said well she didn't know when I came in to get the service and here I am asking for a refund (about 4-5 min after I walked out and got a good look in the sun light, I returned). The staff was very nice and welcoming, and my nails turned out beautiful. The technician who did my nails was very detailed and took her time, and you can tell she really cares about her work. My pedicure also came out great. That being said, the service took much longer than expected. I spent about 1 hour and 40 minutes on a simple acrylic set with a plain gel color, and another hour and a half on my pedicure. Decided to try this place with a vague memory that I may have gone when they first opened. I was highly dissatisfied with my experience. First, they do not make the match of colors easy (I wanted dip manicure and gel pedicure but after spending 20 mins searching for colors I just decided to go a gel manicure/pedicure). Been there many times. Depends on the technician. All are very friendly and pleasant but the skills are varied. Gel pedi is $ 55, including taking off old gel polish. Repeatedly someone tried to charge extra for removal or claimed extra for callus removal gel I didn’t request. Seems to be a thing there. So be warned about that - but if you point out that their price list states $ 55, you will receive a good pedi in a comfy chair.
