Mirage is owned by two Armenian-American brothers. We feature authentic family recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation. Our fresh, homemade dishes are the same as those enjoyed by those residing around the Black Sea. At Mirage, our Gourmet chicken, lamb, beef & pork kabobs share the menu. My coworkers and I have been customers for many years and the food has always been hot, moist, and wonderfully flavorful. This last visit was disappointing, then, because the food had very little of that "zing" that we've come to love. It was good, but not GREAT, as has become our expectation. Hopefully it was just an off day in the kitchen?
