This facility was very professional and clean. Every one of the nurses, pre-op nurses and recovery nurses did care with a smile and kind heart. I would truly recommend this facility and staff for care.
I want to start by saying my procedure went well and the medical staff were very helpful and supportive especially when help was needed trying to find a vein for my IV, thank you Angelica!! My disappointment started at check in. The ladies were very curt, and obviously overworked! I checked in but then I guess they forgot about me?! Took my wife for procedure.. check-in experience was aweful, you can hear all the check-in conversations (room too small), waited almost 2 hours and turned out they had forgotten us, not enough seating in the waiting room. Procedure and everything from the medical staff was excellent (would have been 1 star otherwise).
This place is fantastic. Had a procedure here and the place runs like an excellent machine - and they still keep their humanity. An amazing crew that included 9-10 people in various spots throughout the procedure. Big shout out to Lanea, Cinoy, Laurie, Ann-Lina and Jenny (I think) for pre- and post-op. Dr. Conti was pro, kept it short and sweet and understandable, thanks Israel for putting me under. All done feeling comfortable, attended to and recognized.
If your actual appointment time is 10:40, why did they insist I be here at 9:30? I show up, sign a few forms, … then sit around for over an hour.
