Haven’t gotten my hair done in 5 years due to the last person having my hair falling out. Manuel picked up the phone right away, reassured me I was good hands and showed me pictures of what he had done in the past. Took me in right away and the boutique was one of a kind. The amount of times he passed through my hair with the round brush and blow dryer was too much. It was because he wasn't using tension. And whenever he did it would be random parts of the hair. The amount of passes with a flat iron didn't need to be 22 times if he would just smaller organized sections. He grabbed huge sections to do 22 passes at around 400 degrees.
