He really listens and makes the entire experience feel personal and tailored to you. I absolutely love my haircut and hair color! Haven’t gotten my hair done in 5 years due to the last person having my hair falling out. Manuel picked up the phone right away, reassured me I was good hands and showed me pictures of what he had done in the past. Took me in right away and the boutique was one of a kind.
