Avoid Mirage Bay. Mirage Bay has been the worst by far. When I moved out, they tried to hit me with $550 in bogus charges, including carpet damage that was actually caused by a hurricane and reported long before I left. I even had video proof the unit was clean, but management still went back on their word and billed me anyway. From reading other recent reviews, I can see I’m not the only one they’ve pulled this on. After living here for less than a month, I can honestly say our experience has been great so far! From the moment we moved in, the management team has gone above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free. Camille has been absolutely wonderful! She’s friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful with any questions or concerns we’ve had.
This is 3 different occasions. Today it reached 84 degrees in this house. They have attempted to fix it since I have been here almost 5 times. The ac units are not equipped to maintain a live-able temperature. I can’t get mad at anyone but Rich properties. Everyone in my building says their apartments are HOT! I want out of this nightmare
Moving out process when very smoothly everything went great the property manager Camille is great and always available for anything you need.
Camille and Antwoine were amazing. The apartment was very beautiful and up to date. The facilitate in expedition of my move due to it being last minute. Even though I didn't select this place as my home. I would recommend anyone to. Camille energy is amazing!!
