This is 3 different occasions. Today it reached 84 degrees in this house. They have attempted to fix it since I have been here almost 5 times. The ac units are not equipped to maintain a live-able temperature. I can’t get mad at anyone but Rich properties. Everyone in my building says their apartments are HOT! I want out of this nightmare
Moving out process when very smoothly everything went great the property manager Camille is great and always available for anything you need.
Camille and Antwoine were amazing. The apartment was very beautiful and up to date. The facilitate in expedition of my move due to it being last minute. Even though I didn't select this place as my home. I would recommend anyone to. Camille energy is amazing!!
D'Andre is efficient and knows what he's doing. He doesn't waste time with chit chat; he gets right to the problem and in my experience knows what the problem probably is before he even gets to the problem area. He is cordial and respectful.
I stopped in on Wednesday afternoon with no appointment. Antonyo greeted me right away and his kindness, tour, and detailed information were fantastic!
