Changing my 5 star review from a year ago. The service was abysmal this past Saturday. We drove two hours to go here like we always do for my birthday. The hookah was basically burnt as soon as they brought it out, tasted horrible and gave me a headache within 20 minutes. The guy they currently have making hookah has no clue what he’s doing. We watched him bring out fresh coals to the tables and he didn’t bother to clean any of the heads (so you don’t suck in a bunch of ashes) and I watched him cough onto a coal he was putti... read more
Karlie was great! She checked on us often and out glasses were never empty
This place here is a nice break from the usual spots in downtown Knoxville. My server Carla also was super helpful in explaining everything and made some of the best drinks I've ever had around here. Will definitely be back again.
