My daughter moved in to this apartment about a week ago. The furnace, washing machine, garbage disposal are still not working despite several calls to management. They keep telling us it will be fixed soon. We are still waiting. Will not recommend this place to anyone
DO NOT LIVE HERE!! COCKROACHES. COVID. DOG POOP. FILTHY GROUNDS. My family moved into Mirada in June of 2020. The short time we have spent here has been nothing short of traumatizing. If you value your health, safety, and money think again before living here. Do not live here! Take your money elsewhere! My family does not feel safe here. The new management has absolutely sucked. When I moved in it was a great place to live but now I will not be resigning my lease. They have no care for the residents at all. They keep giving out excuses for anything that happens. 10/10 DO NOT MOVE HERE.

I love living at Mirada! The apartments are great, amenities are awesome! The best part is the community. It’s like having another family at Mirada. Summer and Jess in the office are the best! They know everyone by name and really care about their residents. Utilities are very reasonable cost, and the location is perfect. Mirada is the best in the area!
The pool is amazing all summer!!!!! I love the gym & I love how dog friendly it is
The people that work in the office are insanely rude! My package said delivered and they swore up and down they didn’t have it and gave me attitude only to discover they had it the entire time and the contents of my package were damaged! Can’t stand this place! Can’t wait to move!
