BUYER BEWARE! I had used MIRACLEAN (Westminster, CA) off and on for years. I stopped using them because of their upselling tactics. My bill was always three times more than the original quote. Three weeks ago they called again with a 'special price' that I couldn't pass up. I decided to give them another try.
