They finished before time for the recall and was very convenient with the time change on my behalf. Also they let you know the issues of what's going on including the price and the need of getting it done. I want to shout out Tyrese for being such a help as well

Had an issue with 4wd selector in a 4wd Frontier. They told me they could diagnose for $175. Six hours later at pickup they took my money and told me they could not diagnose afterall - unless i left it longer and it might cost $1000+. A few months later I took it to C&C Automotive down the road. C&C diagnosed it quickly and replaced a wiring harness. Yes, a wiring harness.

I had a routine oil change and tire rotation and did not notice my usual favorite service advisor Jamie,but I was greeted by John who was very nice and friendly,he gave me recommendations and communicated with me about my service and set me up with my next appointment which included some parts to be ordered,I have since learned Jamie has stepped in to a new position and glad to hear she remains with my Nissan Family,but at the same time I look forward to my future Dealings with the service department as John as my service te... read more
