Today I went to Miracle Nissan of Augusta to have my 2016 GTR Nissan Black edition serviced. I was getting a tune up and brakes done. Also was going to get a hand wash after the service. The experience was not as I hoped for. I had a meeting with the general manager at 0930 in the morning. However, he kept me waiting until 1200 only to find out he left for the day. Then I received a call that the car was ready. When I came to pick up my vehicle it wasn’t clean as they said it would be. Now I be taken my business elsewhere.
I absolutely love Hannah from the service department! She is detailed and patient! Her amazing service truly made my day and I can’t wait to go see her again! Thank you so much hannah!
Unprofessional and insulting. They put cars on their site in unique colors only to tell you that "they don’t know where the car is". Cars still on the cite by the way.. take it down if you don’t have it. They’ll tell you your trade in values one thing to get you hooked on another car, then suddenly it’s "oh sorry it’s actually lower than what I said." Same with the out the door price of the vehicle🫣. I literally just left the dealership. I was looking for a smaller new vehicle to drive around town. I had a truck that I was not really using so I traded that in for a 2027 Nissan Sentra. My sales consultant, Reuben Wilson was phenomenal. Phenomenal. He kept his promise for everything that we talked about and he actually gave me a new vehicle for the same price of the 2026.
