Pt2: After that unpleasant exchange was over she continued with the pedicure she seemed rushed as they had customers waiting. She did not moisturize or massage my legs/feet as the menu description claimed it would. What I picked detailed that it was included. Horrible service, I asked the guy who was doing my nails like 2 times to make them thinner because they were very thick, then he told me " F**k I don't want to do you nails and F**K YOU !" I was confused because I though he was joking, and I left all pissed but I went back to try to speak with the manager but she was worse and asking me to leave. I cannot believe those kind of people are still working!! I am pregnant and very sensitive right now that I stared crying after I left, this is very unfair!
Best pedicure I've ever had and I've been to fancy spas where they serve wine and charge out the you know what! There was no wait, I sat right down and Hoan went right to work, my feet have never felt or looked so good. He was so nice and engaging! while I was getting my pedicure another employee Joanne noticed my catholic bracelet and gave me a catholic pendant for a necklace which was incredibly observant And very thoughtful I was shocked. Horrible service... Be prepared to sit in the pedi chair for 30 minutes before they start your pedi... Water got cold and they didn't care when brought to their attention
It's the best salon I have ever been to, it is very clean and the service was great. Joanne was very kind and did my nails beautifully. I definitly reccomend going here.
They did ugly job the salon is very very dirty the spa chairs is not clean i will never go there again
Wow! This is the largest Salon I have seen in town. Their new full-set look so natural and their free-hand design are so beautiful like an artist. My spa pedicure was very relaxing experience. I definitely recommended.
