Overall we got a nice refinish to our kitchen sink, but it took some doing. The right Tech makes all the difference in the world. The first Tech seemed more interested in getting the job done than getting it done right. The second Tech was more customer focused, and left with us being very satisfied, but it took some doing to get him out here. Scheduling was not good. However, I don’t want to give a negative impression. They were responsive to the issues, even after the contract was paid on full. I would do it again.
Everyone I encountered with this Orlando business from their point person on the phone, the owner who met me at the showroom to the techs who did the actual work, all were friendly, kind and efficient! The results were stellar and the price reasonable! Only a week or two between the first time I contacted them to the job completed! The whole process was an excellent experience. Technician who did the work was meticulous. Work was completed in the time frame quoted. The transformation of my kitchen is amazing. So happy I went this route instead of a total gut and new cabinets. I was able to save more than half the cost of a new kitchen and didn't have to deal with my kitchen being torn apart for a longer process.
Very happy with results. They were right on all suggestions for repairs. Saved us a very expensive remodel. Easy to work with.
The tech was very professional and completed the job sooner than predicted. They did an excellent job. Highly recommended.
