Had the guest bathtub refinished in December 2023. Looked great for about 18 months then it stated peeling and cracking. I sent emails and letters to the company with no response. Eventually I had to sand down the rough and cracked areas so my grandkids could use the bathtub. Thought it would last longer than a year and a half, very disappointed with the work and customer service.
Update since we used Miracle Method again in 2026. We had our other shower and our Mom's shower and tub in both the master bath and guest bath done. Jenn did a particularly spectacular job! She took care to make sure the final product is what we wanted and went above and beyond answering our questions. Pricing was reasonable for the product and how well it refreshes the bathrooms without major construction. Check before using them….enough this has been a disaster with this company I removed my previous review, but now this is gone on long enough through Lowe’s. We used this company to get our cabinets repainted and we are still waiting on the one door that MIKE touched up in his car when it originally was chipped from the first guy reinstalling it. We were told a week ago for the third time the door would be back then last week when the door was brought out, you can see that they just rubbed paint on the top edge of the door in... read more
