I called and made an appointment no one ever showed up to do the job. Also never got a call saying no one was coming. Called and left a message to see what was going on and still no call back.
Very pleased with our results! We have had multiple homes completed (three tubs total and three counter top surfaces). The all went from dingy yellowed acrylic to bright shiny white. I will continue to keep Miracle Method of the Triad busy. We enjoy their friendly staff and hard working crew!!
We are very disappointed. When they first left the bath tub and shower looked good. There was over spray on the wall that we had to paint to cover up and some of the paint came off the wall. But the worst thing is that the soap dish started to chip after only a few months. Both my husband and I called and left several messages, one message was left with a woman who answered the phone. Great product - bad service provider. I love the product and wanted to do both of my bathrooms but their inability to fix minor issues on the first bathroom has cost them my business and that of my friends (who were interested). I could have dealt with the wrong color (because white works with anything) but they didn't cover things properly and there was over spray on my doors, hardware, cabinet, etc. Beyond that - the finish wasn't shiny as their website shows (and I was assured it would be) but was dull and in some places ... read more
