Incredibly disappointed with this company!!! I spoke with Mike and was impressed by his professionalism and was told that the service was guaranteed. Our house was completely empty and we paid for a "move in/move out" cleaning ($225). The cleaners were at the house for around 2 hours or less (we aren't actually sure when they left) and it the house looked almost the same as when they arrived. for the past three months no problem.. show up at different times almost every time but at least they show. Today they are a now show and all of their mailboxes are full and no one answering phones. Kind of pissed and feeling like i need to cancel my service.

This was the worst work I have ever had done, if you can even call it work. I made a list of roughly 10 things to have done. Floors, vents, wipe down counter tops, etc. Nothing was clean. I feel like the house is dirtier after the three hours she was here than we she came out. All glass is streaky, there are cobwebs on my lights, there are still dead crickets on the floor. Thank Goodness for Miracle Maids! After speaking with Mike, I chose an initial cleaning service which allowed me to customize the level of cleanliness I desired. This package enlisted two professional cleaners that were fearless! After I explained my priorities, they divided and conquered my residence. Big shout out to Ms. Angie and Ms. Tiffany!!
