This location does not conform to basic patients rights or concerns. They submit prescriptions that are inaccurate or lack full patients details, and when recognizing their errors, are unable or unwilling to correct them. Bad place of business for a medical facility.
So I went to renew my rx on the 31st of May, Diana and Stefan assured me 3-5 business days and I would be good to get my rx. I called 2 days later and asked and diana told me again the 3-5 business day nonsense. Well, when they drop the ball and don't even submit it until 3 days later whats a guy to do to get his meds? At least someone with a little customer support specifically Tamira tried to help me. She even said that it's not protocol and it's not right.
